Product Description
The Brilliant GU10 7.5W Directional IP65 Plaster-in Downlight is a trimless architectural downlight, which is suitable for Zones 1 and 2. The combination of the SORAA Brilliant range of light sources and Levello Light fittings gives a luminaire which is flexible, easy to maintain and has excellent colour rendering. Once installed it has an almost invisible appearance in the ceiling, especially when used with paintable front plates.

You can select from non fire-rated and 60-minute fire-rated options above; a variety of beam angles and beam shapes as well as Glare Reduction and Colour Changing Options.
This product is fully interchangeable with any of the products in the Levello range (all of the Levello products fit into the same housing). Luminaires and lamps (and even PIR's) can be swapped quickly and simply, should the need arise simply, quickly and easily without damaging the ceiling.

What's in the box
This box provides a comprehensive and user-friendly solution for installing and fitting Levello products. With all necessary components included compatibility with the entire Levello range, and features designed for ease of installation and flexibility, it ensures a seamless and efficient installation process.
First Fix Housing
The First Fix Housing is supplied complete with the supply connector and installation instructions. These can be ordered seperately so that the second fix components do not get lost on site.
GU10 Lampholder and connector
The "plug and play" GU10 Lampholder is pre-wired for your convenience and simply plugs into the supply connector which is provided with the First Fix Housing
IP65 Front Plate
The IP65 Front Plate (or bezel) is zinc plated before it is finished to minimise the chances of corrosion. It has glass bonded in between one of the magnets and the front plate to stop water ingress. Paintable front plates which become more or less invisible in the ceiling are available.
Directional insert
The Directional insert comes assembled with a magnet and is supplied with a spring clip to hold the lamp in place. It rotates 360° and can be tilted to up to 35°.
Magnets
One magnets is supplied as one magnet is in fixed to the directional insert and another into the IP65 Front Plate - the Levello system requires 3 magnets in total.
Decorators Cards
We supply decorators cards to protect the interior of the first fix housing from contamination from paint or plaster. See installation instructions on their use.
Soraa Brilliant Lamp
The lamp will be fitted with any accessories ordered, just fit the GU10 Connector, pop it into the installed housing and the magnet will guide it into place.
Installation
First Fix Installation
Installation is simple and the results will be fabulous, as long as you follow our installation steps.
The supply cable is terminated to the connector and to the earth strap of the housing. Next the housing is permanently fixed into the ceiling. The ceiling is then plastered so the rim of the housing is flush with the plastered ceiling (see Video). Decorators’ cards are provided to protect the inside of the housing from contamination with paint or plaster (see previous picture).
Second Fix Installation
Fit the lamp into the Directional Insert (see video), plug in the connector and fit the insert into the housing. the magnets will help guide it into place.
