Levello returns policy (consumers)
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if the goods have been ordered in error, we will accept the return within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please complete our return form by clicking above and obtain a returns number prior to returning any goods, similarly you can also email us at email@example.com (please make sure to put sales order no. as subject).
2. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and be in a saleable condition or credit may be refused.
3. Returned packages should be sent by recorded mail or courier service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages. Your payment will be credited within 7 days of receipt less any handling/shipping charges incurred.
4. Goods are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. In the event of a damaged or faulty product, we will pay for all standard shipping costs and replacements goods will be dispatched immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue and submit photographs of the damage or defect within 30 days after delivery of the item. You will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return or replace a damaged or defective item.Important Note: Please inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery. If you find damage after accepting the package, please contact us right away. It's critical to report any damage as soon as you can so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.
The easiest way to report an issue with an item is to Call us at +44 1462 768 220. You will be required to sending photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your rights above are in addition to and do not affect, any statutory rights in relation to defective items that you may also have. For detailed information about your statutory rights, you can contact Citizens Advice (at citizensadvice.org.uk or by phone at 03454 040506) or another legal or consumer affairs adviser.
You may cancel an order after placing the order by calling us at +44 1462 768 220. If the order is already dispatched, you must follow the Returns documentation above.
If you choose to get a refund for an eligible canceled, returned, damaged or defective item (as specified above), you'll be refunded the purchase price, any applicable tax and the cost of standard delivery offered by Levello (if you were charged to have the item shipped to you). For returned items that were not canceled, damaged or defective, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
You will be responsible for any reduction in value of a returned item that is caused by your use or handling of the item (other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item). Levello is entitled to deduct certain amounts from refunds (and to issue partial refunds) to cover any such reductions in value.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days after Levello (as the case may be) receives and processes the eligible item or, if no item was shipped to you, within 14 days after you submit a cancellation.

In addition to the above, most Levello products are covered by 5 years manufacturer’s warranty. Electronic items such as LED Lamps, Light Engines, and Devices have warranties provided by the original manufacturer.
